Wild Wasabi

Flavour - A unique cheese flavoured with Tasmanian grown wasabi. The flavour level is designed to zing the taste buds rather than overwhelm. A flavour that has to be experienced!

Texture - Firm texture with a mottled green colour.

Wine and Drinks Suggestions - Wine, Saki (Rice wine). Beer, Lager. Cider, Dry.

Serving Suggestions - The serving of this cheese becomes a talking point for all social occasions. Great to serve in sushi. Excellent melted into a potato mash.

Smoked Cheddar

Taste - Naturally wood smoked using native Tasmanian native hardwood timbers to create a superior smoke flavour.

Texture - Firm texture, good for slicing. Natural honey brown rind around surface.

Wine and Drinks Suggestions - Wine, Shiraz. Beer, Pale Ale, Smoked. Cider, Medium Dry.

Serving Suggestions - Ideal for serving on platters and cheese boards. Adds smoky flavour to sandwiches, burgers and melted toasties.

Bush Pepper

Flavour - Infused with Tasmanian Native Pepper harvested wild from Tasmanian native forests to create a spicy rather than pepper corn flavour.

Texture - Firm texture that will crumble with age. Colour of pepper berries will vary.

Wine and Drinks Suggestions - Wine, Pinot Noir. Beer, Pale Ale. Cider, Medium Dry.

Serving Suggestions - A Lancashire base ensures superior melting characteristics. Perfect when crumbled into soups, melted over dishes or grilled on top of steak.

Lavender

Flavour - Infused with lavender flowers from Bridestow Estate Lavender Farm in North East Tasmania. These highly aromatic flowers have a low camphor content that results in a subtle flavour.

Texture - Firm texture, pale in colour with visible lavender flowers.

Wine and Drink Suggestion - Wine, Riesling or Gerwurtraminer. Cider, Dry.

Serving Suggestion - An excellent platter cheese when served with fruit.
