Ashgrove Ice Cream
Ashgrove Ice Cream is made in small batches of only 8 litres at a time. This produces a rich creamy ice cream. We are unable to produce high volume so you have to visit the Ashgrove Shop to be able to experience this great delight.
There are a number of exciting flavours that incorporate local ingredients including:
- Chocolate (using Anvers Chocolate)
- Raspberry (using raspberries from The Berry Exchange that backs onto the Hawthorn dairy of Ashgrove Farms)
- Blackberry (using blackberries from The Berry Exchange that backs onto the Hawthorn dairy of Ashgrove Farms)
- Forest Fruits
- Mango
- Vanilla Bean
- Strawberry
- Rum & Raisin
- Caramel

Ashgrove Ice Cream is exclusively available from the Ashgrove Shop at Elizabeth Town. You can enhance your ice cream experience with a Sundae drizzled with Anvers Chocolate Ganache, nuts and lashings of Ashgrove whipped cream.
Customer demand for take home packs of the ice cream has been met with 500ml insulated packs that will keep the ice cream frozen for up to 2 hours out of the fridge.
Ashgrove Ice Cream is something that visitors must experience when visiting us at our farm shop.
