Ashgrove Cheese offers overnight delivery* to most major centres around Australia using Express Post. Each Express Post bag will hold up to 2.5kg of cheese.

Orders must be received by 2pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery (Tuesday to Friday). Orders placed for areas outside the guaranteed overnight delivery regions will be dispatched from Monday to Wednesday only.
All orders must be placed by 2pm for next day delivery.
If the order is intended as a gift, please ensure all delivery details are accurate and please state that it is intended as a gift so we can send the receipt to the purchaser and not the recipient.
You will need to select either of the two following shipping options:
- Express Post including a thermal heat shield pouch and ice bricks to keep the cheese cool for up to 24 hours. Cost $16 per bag, each bag can contain a maximum of 2.5kg. If your order is for more than 2.5kg than an additional $16.00 will be charged.
- Premium Postage Express Post but in a larger bag to hold a polystyrene box for extended cooling. Recommended for our rural or remote areas, where a two day delivery may occur. Cost $20 per bag, each bag can contain a maximum of 2.5kg. If your order is for more than 2.5kg than an additional $20.00 will be charged.
Deliveries are made Tuesday – Friday only and unfortunately, no specific times can be quoted.
We regret no deliveries can be made on weekends or public holidays.
Ashgrove Cheese uses external carriers and although we endeavour to deliver the next day, circumstances beyond our control may arise which delay the delivery.
When selecting your delivery address, please try and select an address where someone will be there to receive it during business hours. If there is no-one available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the parcel in the most suitable place possible within the property. We recommend placing an esky out where possible. If you do have any special delivery instructions please inform us so that we may communicate this to Australia Post.
If your delivery is late or you believe it is missing please contact us as soon as possible. Once Ashgrove Cheese has been notified of a late or missing delivery, we will make inquiries with the carrier and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
For your protection, all credit card transactions are conducted on a SSL secured site.
Changes to Orders
If you have any changes to delivery details once the order has been submitted, please call us as soon as possible to confirm any amendments. Amendments must be made by 2pm the day prior to delivery.
If there are any changes to the delivery address or instructions it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us immediately.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Ashgrove Cheese hand packs all items that are to be dispatched and takes every measure to ensure that the customer receives the delivery in optimum condition. If an item has been damaged during transit, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, providing we receive notice of damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
