Our milk changes during the year according to the stage of lactation of the cow and the seasons. You will see and taste the natural variations in Ashgrove Tasmanian farm milk because you are tasting the milk straight from the cow. Once our milk has been delivered to the factory it will undergo a process of rapid heating and cooling known as pasteurization. It is then gently piped into cooling tanks ready for bottling and labeling, ready for distribution to the shops.
The difference with Ashgrove Tasmanian farm milk is nothing extra is added into our milk.
