Ashgrove Dairy Door Launches at Taste of Tasmanian on Hobart Waterfront.
The 2017 Taste of Tasmania returned to Hobart’s spectacular waterfront on 28 December 2017 and was open for 7 days and nights.
With over 70 stallholders, the festival offered visitors a range of seafood, cheeses, berries, cool-climate wines, boutique beers and ciders and much more. Plus this year the event featured exclusive collaborations, free family activities at Kids in the Park, over 130 free performances as part of the entertainment program and unique spaces across the site – offering a different experience each time festival-goers visited.
The Ashgrove Event Team delivered a full Dairy Door experience showcasing our delicious cheeses and Dairy Door full cream ice-cream. Our ice-cream was a huge hit with the crowd, served in waffle cones dipped in tempered chocolate then rolled in crushed honeycomb. This 7-day premier showcase of Ashgrove was hectic and loads of fun.
