OUR HOME

Our home is a small fertile pocket of Northern Tasmania specific to 41 degrees latitude™. It's here our dairy herds have grazed since 1908, between towering Tasmanian bluffs and cold clear rivers on natural ryegrasses, unique to this latitude.

It's here we produce fresh premium, velvety, vitamin-rich milk collected daily from our family farms.

OUR MILK

Our milk does not have to travel far from pasture to production. We take a localised approach to dairy farming and keep food miles low – so low, in fact, it can be measured in metres.

Our on-farm factory then turns every drop of fresh Ashgrove milk into delicious cheese, cream, and butter.

OUR CHEESE

Cheesemaking at the source results in cheese with provenance – where every flavour note and nuance can be traced back to our place, people and process.

We think that's how cheese should be.

GENERATIONS OF MILK LOVERS

We come from a long line of milk lovers. For over 100 years, our family has been farming this fertile pocket of Tasmania. And since 1993, we've been crafting world-class cheese.
