This is an easy to make decadent and creamy chocolate butter frosting.
Perfect to top muffins, cupcakes, a big cake or even dollop onto pancakes!
1 cup Ashgrove Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp Ashgrove Full Cream Milk
1/2 cup Coco Powder
3 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Step 1: soften butter and place in a mixing bowl
Step 2: add all ingredients and slowly beat until light and fluffy
Step 3: taste and adjust according to you desire – a little more coco, or a little more vanilla
Tip – try 4 drops of orange essence for a delicious jaffa flavour
Tip – try 4 drops of peppermint essence for a choc mint delight
Tip – add 1 cup of chocolate bits after beating for a double choc ship frosting
