This is perfect for spreading on toast, scones or tea cake.
- Ashgrove unsalted butter, cinnamon, sugar
- 250g Ashgrove unsalted butter
- 1 TBS cinnamon
- 1 TBS sugar
- Soften 250g Ashgrove butter and place in a mixing bowl
- Add cinnamon and sugar.
- Creamed together until light and fluffy
- Store in a jar in the refrigerator
Try – a drop of vanilla extract
Try – add orange zest
Try – brown sugar instead of white
Try – adding honey instead of sugar
