Cheesy Bolognese Toastie
Not only is this toastie ingenious and tastes delicious, it is also a sure crowd pleaser!
Think after school – I am the Best Mum or Dad in the world?
Think lazy Sunday afternoon, football match and a larger – Best Mate in the world?
Think what to do with that left over bologense sauce – I am ingenious in the kitchen?
Sliced Bread – your choice fancy or simple, at least 2 slices
Ashgrove Mature Cheddar Cheese – A great all rounder, which melts really well too
Ashgrove Tasmanian Farm Traditional Butter
Step 1: Butter the bread on all sides – go on do it !!
Step 2: Fill one side of the bread with sliced Ashgrove Mature Cheddar Cheese
Step 3: Place two dessert spoons of bologense sauce on top of the cheese
Step 4: Place another slice of bread on top and gently press down
Step 4: Place your sandwich in a ‘ready to go’ toastie machine or grill in your oven on a moderate heat for 2 minutes each side.
