A delicious idea using Tasmanian Walnuts, pears which are now abundantly in season and our creamy Mr Bennetts Blue Cheese.
Step 1: Simply arrange some fresh salad greens on a plate
Step 2: Top with sliced pears, toasted walnut pieces and 100g of crumbled Ashgrove Mr Bennett’s blue cheese
Step 3: Drizzle with oil oil, white balsamic & fresh lemon
Tip: serve alongside roast chicken or have on its own
