Shopping online in the Ashgrove Tasmanian Farm Store is easy –
- Browse through our store, place your selected items in your basket and proceed to the checkout.
- At the checkout choose your preferred method of payment and delivery option.
- We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. We do not ship overseas.
Every order placed is reviewed by our Farm Store team. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions.
Please make sure that your delivery address & postcode are correct at the time of placing your order. Ashgrove Cheese cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address. We also cannot be responsible for any delivery delays which may occur during peak seasons or events out of our control.
Ashgrove Cheese dispatches express chilled parcels Monday to Wednesday during normal business hours. No chilled parcels are dispatched on Thursday or Friday because deliveries cannot be made on the weekend or public holidays.
Our AmazeBalls are shipped Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
We aim to dispatch you order within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.
If there is no-one available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave the parcel at the property. If you do have any special delivery instructions, please inform us so that we may communicate this to Australia Post. If you are not going to be present when the package is delivered, we suggest placing an esky out with instructions for the package to be deposited into the esky.
How does our cheese stay fresh in transit?
Here at Ashgrove Cheese, we specialise in hard-style cheddar cheeses that are suited to be aged and stored at 15 degrees. Our cheeses can withstand varying temperatures including warm ones. Our AmazeBalls are an all-natural ambient snack that does not require refrigeration.
- Chilled Parcels– all chilled products are packed in a thermal heat shield pouch and ice bricks to keep the products cool.
Postage is calculated by the physical size of products, including the ice bricks, primarily using Australia Post Express satchels. Free shipping promotions are solely for the advertised products, any additional products added will be charged at the calculated cost.
Can I send a parcel to a friend?
Yes – please state the ‘Shipping address’ to be different from the billing address.
Also, if you would like a note added on one of our cow postcards, please state in the ‘Comments Box’ the exact message you would like written on the card.
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
For your protection, all credit card transactions are conducted on an SSL secured site.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, if you have not received this the order may not be placed successfully.
Tracking your order:
The Farm Store team will provide you with your tracking details via email once your order has been collected by Australia Post.
Please check you’re tracking information before contacting us. If your delivery is late or you believe it is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes to orders:
If there are any changes to the delivery address or instructions, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us immediately.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Ashgrove Cheese hand packs all items that are to be dispatched and takes every measure to ensure that the customer receives the delivery in good condition. If an item has been damaged during transit, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, providing we receive notice of damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Note – all refunds for orders placed online are credited back to the original payment method on which the order was purchased.
