I am very happy that Ashgrove is currently posting to the mainland. Previously had a friend from Hobart posting to me so not great. Now it arrives refrigerated in 2 days to Melbourne. We grate it immediately then portion and freeze. Perfect Highly recommended. Excellent flavor and really love this Parmesan.

Since we've discovered this product, we haven't purchased 'supermarket' or 'bulk' supplier options. Ordering online is easy and express shipping works well. We grate each package once opened and store in the freezer in zip lock bags for convenience and efficiency when needed.
