Ashgrove features on Farm to Fork

We were delighted to host Louis Tikaram at our on-farm factory to film an episode of Farm to Fork for Channel 10.
Louis talked all things Ashgrove Cheese with our Head Cheesemaker, Richard Bennett, before heading out to the farm with Paul Bennett to meet our happy herd and try his hand at milking 🥛😁🐮
With the hard work out of the way, Louis prepared a delicious dish of Roasted Field Mushrooms topped with Ashgrove's own Little Blue Lake Tasmanian Blue Cheese 🤤🧀
