Ashgrove Cheese recently collaborated with Dilmah Tea for a unique Cheese School experience, exploring the art of pairing tea and cheese.

Guests were guided through a curated tasting experience, discovering how the complexity of fine teas can beautifully complement the flavours and textures of artisan cheeses.

It was a memorable session that celebrated craftsmanship, tradition, and innovation from two family-owned businesses with shared values.
