Ashgrove cheese is made on-farm using fresh, premium Tasmanian farm milk from Holstein-Friesian, Brown Swiss, and Jersey cows raised on perennial ryegrass pastures unique to 41° south. This cool-climate provenance delivers milk with exceptional richness and flavour.
Crafted by master cheesemakers using traditional techniques like hand-pressing, cloth-binding, and extended ageing, every batch captures the character of the land.
