We are seeking a Club Cheese Maker who is passionate, motivated and takes pride in their achievements.
The role of the Club Cheese Maker is to oversee the efficient and accurate production of high-quality club cheese.
Primary duties of the Club Cheese Maker:
Manufacture club cheese to conform to the highest quality standards according to the Manufacture Methods set out in the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manual.
Accurately prepare & maintain all relative paperwork, including following SOP’s to meet production & quality standards;
Strong understanding of GMP & HACCP policies and practices.
