The Ashgrove Tasmanian farm butter making process starts with separating the cream from the farm milk. The cream is then placed into our butter churn. The cream is then gently agitated until it is has turned into butter.
The butter is then gently massaged to remove excess buttermilk. The butter is shaped ready for cutting and then wrapped in special butter foil ready for market.
Our butter is naturally creamy and has a natural rich golden colour, which comes from pasture fed cows.
