Ashgrove cheese is made on-site by master cheesemakers using traditional methods such as hand pressing, cloth binding, and extended ageing. Made with premium Tasmanian farm milk, we specialise in County style cheeses, Cheddar, Blue, naturally wood-smoked, and specialty varieties, available in wheels, blocks, entertaining packs, and grab-and-go formats. Our cheeses are animal rennet free and vegetarian friendly.
