Made with premium Tasmanian farm milk from 41° Latitude™, we specialise in County style cheeses, Cheddar, Blue, naturally wood-smoked, and specialty varieties. Our cheeses are available in wheels, blocks, entertaining packs, and grab-and-go formats, and are animal rennet free and vegetarian friendly.
