Our home in Elizabeth Town, Northern Tasmania, lies within 41 Degrees Latitude™. Dairy herds have grazed here for generations, among Tasmanian bluffs and clear rivers on natural ryegrass pastures.
This fertile, cool-climate region provides an ideal environment for the herds to graze on natural pastures.
Our premium fresh Tasmanian farm milk is sourced from local family-owned farms and processed at our on-site facility in Elizabeth Town, Northern Tasmania.
This close-to-home approach keeps the journey from pasture to production short, preserving freshness.
The milk is then carefully crafted into a range of high-quality dairy products, including bottled milk, cheese, cream, and butter.
Cheesemaking at the source results in cheese with provenance – where every flavour note and nuance can be traced back to our place, people and process.
