Air Fryer Fetta Nuggets

1 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup sesame seeds
180g Farm Fetta
Finely chopped fresh chives, to serve
¼ cup barbeque sauce
1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp dried chilli flakes
1. Combine flour, onion powder and chilli flakes in a bowl. Season with pepper. Whisk egg in a separate bowl. Combine breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in a bowl. Working in batches, toss fetta in flour mixture. Dip in egg, then toss in breadcrumb mixture to coat. Place on a plate.
2. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place fetta cubes, in a single layer, in air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.
3. Meanwhile, to make the barbecue sauce: combine all ingredients in a bowl.
4. Sprinkle fetta with chives. Serve with sauce.
